Start Tasks

About

One workable move, without facing the whole list.

Start Tasks is built for moments when a large traditional to-do list is not the useful place to begin.

What Start Tasks does

You can unload something you have been postponing, turn it into one concrete next move, choose what fits your available time and energy, begin a flexible focus session, and record partial progress.

How it differs from a large task list

The core screen presents one recommended move. The wider Mind Load remains available when you choose to open it, but it does not have to be faced before starting.

Progress before completion

Starting, moving something forward, preparing a next move, clarifying a blocker, and making a waiting state explicit can all be recorded. Completion is useful, but it is not the only change that counts.

Accounts and advertising

The core experience works without an account. Task content is stored locally. Limited native advertising may support the app when advertising is enabled, consent permits it, and local eligibility rules are satisfied. Ads are excluded from onboarding, Start, capture, recovery, focus sessions, outcomes, reminders, widgets, and Settings.

General productivity, not treatment

Start Tasks is a general productivity utility. It is not medical care, therapy, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not guarantee a particular result.
